Our Policy

  • New Clients please fill out the New Client Intake Form. We will reach out to you soon after to schedule an Initial Consult/ Meet & Greet. Only existing clients make book appointments.

  • Need to add pick-up and drop-off, a bath, or a pawdicure to your pets booking? At this time add-ons must be separate transactions, but you can find them in the add-ons section. If needed please reach out and I can send you a personalized invoice with everything together!

  • Payment for services are due at time of booking.  

  • Boarding: You must cancel 5 days prior to start date for 100% refund.  4-0 day cancellation will result in 50% refund. If there are extreme circumstances or dates shift slightly please reach out and we can discuss rescheduling.

  • All drop in services require a 3 day cancellation prior to start date for 100% refund. Anything less than 3 days will be a 0% refund. Rescheduling for a service date that falls within the following 7 days of the original service date is accepted with no additional fees.

When booking your pets boarding stay or drop-in visit there is a place to select if it is a holiday.
